HOW MET STAMPING WORKS

MET uses state-of-the-art mechanical presses to transform designs into durable finished parts. Featuring our 66 Ton Aida OBI Back Geared Press (Model NC1-6), we tackle projects ranging from light-gauge brackets to heavy-duty blanks. This powerhouse offers:

  • 66 US Tons capacity (52 tons for blanking)
  • 3.54” stroke length for deep or complex forms
  • Bed area of 34.25” x 15.75”, handling medium to large parts
  • Speeds up to 120 strokes/min for high-efficiency runs
  • Precision motorized ram adjustment for exacting tolerances

Every project starts with your digital files or engineering drawings, guiding custom dies through each press cycle. Our team manages every curve and hole—virtually eliminating variation—while maximizing material efficiency. The 66 Ton Aida delivers the consistency, versatility, and throughput MET clients expect.

METAL STAMPING MATERIALS & INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS

MET works across an array of metals to suit your project’s unique requirements. Commonly stamped materials include cold-rolled steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, and specialty alloys.

Choosing the right substrate is critical: automotive chassis may need high-strength steel, while electronics often require conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Applications include:

  • Chassis and mounting brackets
  • Control panels
  • Copper Busbars
  • Bends and flanges for electrical enclosures
  • Appliance and HVAC components
  • Custom hardware and connectors

We serve clients from single-run prototypes to high-volume production.
