    MISHAWAKA, Ind. — Sept. 9, 2026 — MET Manufacturing Group announced today that it has initiated the process to obtain AS9100 certification, the internationally recognized quality management standard for the aerospace, aviation, and defense industries. The company anticipates achieving full certification by February 2027.

    Building upon its existing quality management framework, the AS9100 certification will enhance MET’s ability to meet stringent regulatory and operational requirements. The standard emphasizes rigorous quality control, full product traceability, risk mitigation, and operational consistency across all manufacturing processes.

    Pursuing AS9100 reflects our continued investment in supporting customers operating in highly regulated industries. Aligning our systems with aerospace and defense quality standards allows us to deliver even greater precision and reliability while expanding our capacity for strategic partners.
